  1. I'm considering the Secaine as well for my 14' JKR, mainly because the price is nice. Would you get it again if you had to do it all over? Thanx!

  2. Appreciate the video! I haven't had any issues with mine yet, but you've probably clocked more hours with it than I have... i'm in an upgrade cycle... long arms, bumpers, ton of stuff.

  3. Is this a sign that the hard drive is going bad?

I don't think so. This last one was induced because I did a shutdown to record another video where I didn't want the display on. I recall turning it off then hitting the button again and the again... Like I messed up the normal shutdown. I can't say it was me.... But it's highly likely I induced this one. I can't say that for the first tho... I don't remember.

  6. +o3djeeps [ OVERCLOCK3D Jeeps ] Ohhhh ok I understand... The reason I asked is that my stock navi for the jeep would reset to factory settings every now and then. Found out over the course of a week that my navi stopped working. Then I've searched why the system would reset and such, found out the hard drive is at fault. So I been driving around with no navi, but the system doesn't reset itself anymore. I figured if that is the case with yours you may want to check the HDD health.

  8. Hmm, second time now. That clinches it. I won't be buying as I can't afford to have something that unreliable in my rig regardless of how easy the fix is.

Yeah probably not a good choice for you. You want a radio... Not a computer.

  12. Happened to me today but thank you for the instructional video. Did you have an errors when using an app for it to go out? Mine was having issues with pandora then it finally did the error screen (was asking me to retry the app but it was still playing perfectly fine)

  13. Does TWRP make a recovery for that? Worth a look. Way better than stock android recovery

  14. I have this unit in a 2012 JKU Rubicon. Since I installed it, I no longer get sound out of the 2 tweeters on the dash. Did you have this issue? If so do you have a fix you can suggest?

  15. I have a question. I have the secaine 7.1. The version before this one. Do you know how to upgrade the MCU? Also, do you know if it's possible to upgrade the OS to 8.0 Oreo?
