Seicane Files (Manual and Navigation Maps)
1. This is a manual that I found that is from a different reseller, but the same unit. This is for the Android 7.1 version, but the options are pretty much the same with different versions of Android. Click here for the manual.
2. When I contacted Seicane about the navigation maps, they gave me this. This appears to be an entire iGO installation and APK file (probably cracked). It contains the maps for North America that should have been pre-installed in the head unit before it shipped. If you need maps, you might try this. I personally don't use iGO, as I prefer the lighter weight of Google Maps or even Waze... but this should save you an email (or ten) to Seicane support. Click here for the zip file. (This is the link Seicane sent me. Use at your own risk. I have not tested or installed this content. The file is HUUUUGE (3GB). This link goes to a a server not hosted or maintained by OVERCLOCK3D Jeeps.)

Here's a link to the Touch Commander SiriusXM receiver I showed in this video: http://amzn.to/2xjbPuh
Android 7.1 10.1 inch 1024*600 HD Touchscreen Radio Head Unit
It comes with a Quad Core 1.6 GHz processor, 16GB of internal memory (expandable with MicroSD or USB storage) and 2GB of RAM.
I was looking for a pure Android (7.1 preferred) head unit that would allow me to tweak it the way I wanted. Let's hope this handles what I need!
It does work with factory Alpine stereo upgrade!

Seicane Head Unit Temperature Test - Is it Getting Too Hot?
Watch the video and see for yourself. That was after about a 45 minute commute with Radio and Google Play Music on the entire time... lots of volume, lots of bass... Facebook, Gmail, etc... so what i am saying is it was being used. It was also connected to wifi and bluetooth during that entire period of time.
I don't feel like it's running hot... but curious about others who say that theirs is.

The EASY Way to Remove Broken Upper Rear Shock Bolts from a Wrangler TJ Project 2004 Jeep TJ
I quickly realized that dealing with broken upper rear shock bolts was something that most TJ owners are going to have to deal with. I was glad I was not alone. Internet searches revealed tons of people asking the same question as I: "How to remove broken shock bolts on a TJ"! Sometimes you can't put enough PB Blaster on these things to get them to break free without snapping!
I read all of the tips and advice, watched a bunch of videos... and tried a lot of things. This video, however, demonstrates what I found to be the absolute EASIEST way to get those pesky bolts out with a minimal expense. You don't need a huge air compressor and an air chisel. You don't need a special little palm hammer. With a Dremel and a single punch and hammer, you can knock this out! (Pun intended.)
Most people probably have a Dremel, but you may or may not have the 90 degree adapter. Here's a list of the products I used to make this simple job happen:
Dremel 3000: http://amzn.to/2xFYi09
Dremel 575 Right Angle Attachment: http://amzn.to/2juXDrU
Dremel EZ456 1-1/2-Inch EZ Lock Wheels: http://amzn.to/2x2YbLb
Stanley FMHT75077 FatMax Punch Set: http://amzn.to/2x8SMld
2-Pound Engineer Hammer: HF or http://amzn.to/2x8rkUu
Here's my video on removing the TJ gas tank...again, an easy task with the right approach!

Here's the Bostitch Palm Nailer that I tried and found no value in for this project:
BOSTITCH PN50 Mini Impact Nailer: http://amzn.to/2whnYjj
And finally, here's the air hammer and chisel bit set I tried. Again... I found it not necessary for this project: Ingersoll Rand Air Hammer 114GQC: http://amzn.to/2y4xWkj

So here I am trying to figure out where to put this front-facing camera... or where to put two of them if I go that route. Everything is a compromise! In this video, I show you the options I came up with and the pros/cons of them... I'm not saying I'm going to listen to you, lol, but tell me what you think! hahaha
