Answering a Question about the Seicane and SD Card / USB Drive Persistance

[youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIcLHZD7ia4&w=640&h=360]

The stereo is a Seicane Model S18JP25 -- http://bit.ly/S18JP25

Seicane gave me a code to share, so if you want to save some money... use this code at checkout for a 5% discount:

Here's a link to the Touch Commander SiriusXM receiver I showed in this video: http://amzn.to/2xjbPuh

Android 7.1 10.1 inch 1024*600 HD Touchscreen Radio Head Unit

It comes with a Quad Core 1.6 GHz processor, 16GB of internal memory (expandable with MicroSD or USB storage) and 2GB of RAM.

I was looking for a pure Android (7.1 preferred) head unit that would allow me to tweak it the way I wanted. Let's hope this handles what I need!

It does work with factory Alpine stereo upgrade!

  1. Thanks for posting this, I just turned on Front Camera and got the F-Cam app. So I will keep an eye on it and see if it works for my Dasaita that has the same MCU as your Seicane 7.1, your logic is sound, so I am optimistic.

  2. CPO, I went to the setting you're talking about. An well it was already on. Now I'm wondering if I have everything connected right as the F-cam still don't work for me.

  7. Thanks for the posts! Still trying to decide if I should pull the trigger, and these help a lot. Would love to hear about the boot time and a general usage review now that you've had it running for a while. Also, I was just on Seicane's website and they have a direct link to your video on the product page for this unit...!
