Need to replace the serpentine belt... it's a quick job... and as it turns out, was actually necessary.

Project 2004 Jeep TJ Third Brake Light and Parking Light Repair

I spent some time today figuring out why the third brake light and the passenger rear parking lights were not working. The easy answer would be the bulbs were bad.. but it's never easy, lol. Turns out they were two separate electrical issues I had to resolve.

We do some cleanup in the engine compartment, CJ learns how to start the Jeep for the first time, and gets to do his first wash! So much fun!

Here's a look at CJ's Jeep before we start working on repairs and the modifications. Still unsure if we need to do the valve cover gasket and/or the rear main seal... the leak isn't bad.. so that's good. See anything else I missed? I haven't bought a used vehicle this old in a looong time. lol
