I helped CJ install his Smittybilt SRC rear bumper and tire carrier. We had a few challenges, but we got it done as usual. I let him do most of the work on this one while I was working on my own Jeep.

As you can see in the video, we didn't get the final mounting bolts in because we will need to drop the fuel tank, and we just weren't ready to do that yet. We'll do that part later.

Stock Rear Bumper, Tire Carrier, and Tow Receiver Removal - Project 2004 TJ Wrangler

In this video CJ removes his stock rear bumper and tire carrier, as well as the Reese tow receiver that was installed. The flag broke on one of the nuts for the tow receiver, so I just grabbed an angle grinder and cut off the bolt... problem solved! We also had to preserve some wildlife during this video. Really. Seriously. Watch.

Superchips Trail Dash 2 (TD2) EAS Switch Wiring and Programming for ARB OBA

So one of the cool things about the Superchips TD2 is the ability to have up to four virtual switches. These switches can control anything, just like regular switches. I decided to use mine for my on board air compressor (ARB) and my lockers (also ARB).

This video is to show how I wired my air compressor and locker switches into the TD2 using a couple of EAS adapters (sold separately) and then how to program the TD2 to name the switches and rearrange them.

All the strength your JK Dana 44 rear axle will ever need! This rear JK44 Axleshaft Bundle Kit increases the shaft diameter to from 30- to 35-spline. The shafts feature Dynatrac proprietary deep heat-treat for optimum yield strength (resistance to twisting) without making the axleshafts brittle. The shafts are U.S.-made, equipped with rolled splines and include new wheel studs, billet steel retainers, seals and all of the hardware that will be needed for installation. If you need more strength than this, then you need a Dynatrac ProRock® rear axle!

Dynatrac Billet Axleshaft Retainers with studs - Always insist on Dynatrac retainers. Our studs will not strip and spin like other retainers.
