Looks really good. Did you keep the wheel spacers on? I'm assuming this is with just the leveling kit you put on. Do you know the height of the Jeep? I was thinking about getting the same setup but go into a lot of garages and have to watch the height.
ReplyDeleteThey look great. Nice and rugged. How much lift was on that JK and what was your experience with the tires? (ride comfort, sound level, etc.)
ReplyDeleteWhat size lift do you have?

ReplyDeleteDid you have any issues with just the leveling kit?
ReplyDeleteThey really looks nice. Did you need to lift the JK for this type of tiers and wheels or not??
ReplyDeleteJelous. I tried for months to get MT ATZp3. They had been on back order for 3 months (according to Quadratec and Mickey Thompson) and it was going to be another 3 months. So, I got the MTZ. Surprisingly quiet for a mud tire.
ReplyDeleteThanks for putting a tire video.. I looked everywhere for a video to help me buy the right tire. You don't mind me asking how much where the tires, wheels and install ?
ReplyDeleteHey man, any reason why I can't see all your videos in your channel? There's only about 3 total vids and none are related to your Jeep. BTW I'm on mobile
ReplyDeleteDid you have to change your gearing? Did you use a programmer?
ReplyDeleteI really planning for those tires! I have the same Jeep, Willy with same stock tires and stock rims...did they give you any credit for your tires? Any way I can sell this shoes? Mine still in really great contions buy Im ready to give an upgrade to the MT...appreciate any advice. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteDo you have any lift on your jeep?
ReplyDeletelove your channel. took me 10 minutes to log in to youtube just to ask you a question. you seem down to earth and would give me a good response. my question to you is, since going to the 35's do you feel the need to regear? just bought my 2016 jku and was thinking about just 33's but i like the look of the 35's better. my mileage sucks as im sure all jeeps do. so im stuck. what say you? thank you in advance.
ReplyDeleteSo why did you get rid of these and go with Guard Dog vs the MTZ P3??
ReplyDeletehello, what type of lift do you have on it?
ReplyDeleteAre those 17x9 wheels?
ReplyDeleteAtz p3 good for daily street drives ?
ReplyDelete- and do they make loud noise on the street ?
im torn between the bfgoodrich KO2 and the ATZp3. have you ran both? hows the ATZP3 been for ya?
ReplyDeleteMate I simply say my MT P3 are indestructible.... I have run MTZ and ATZ P3 , and I love them !! Unbreakable and never say die. Can NOT puncture them or rip a side wall , and I have tried on both scores. Yes I run mine on an FJ over in Dubai. but 2016 we can't buy them here any more ... some sad to be said about that !!! Might have to go home to Oz to pick up a set !
ReplyDeleteSo Mickey Thompson would not give you another free set after you trashed two tires in rocks, but Guard Dog offered you a free set and now you are all about recaps are better than new tires. You sound like a special snowflake.
ReplyDeleteNothing will beat toyo mt in my op
ReplyDeleteDid the 35's block your third brake light?
ReplyDeleteWhat load rating are the 285?
ReplyDeleteit's been a year. got a usage review on the tire yet?
ReplyDeletehow many milage so far?
ReplyDeleteThey look Awesome ! There not low pro mud tires that ride like chit ! The tires grab so wheel on asphalt , The steering wheel is suppose to rattle and shake ? Who told you that chit ? Fuck that ! I like your tires !Put those shoes on my truck and let me feel a good tire ! She will love you for it !
ReplyDeleteSome the tire manufactures add the tire thread to size the side wall and what you have is low pro mud tire that rides like old farm tractor ! What you have there s what she wants ! Jeep lives matter !
