I am not bashing the TW tires by no means. But when you do all of the work that you have done, most any MT should do the job. I'd like to see the TW vs another MT.
I am pulling these tires from my vehicle due to 3 out of the four treadwright Wardens 265/75/16 tires on my F-250 pickup have had casing seperations. The last one nearly caused a horrific accident for me and oncoming traffic. All 3 tires have nearly 75% tread left on them and are nearly all highway miles. I pulled the last tire of the 4 due to fear of this happening again. The last tire gave the familiar shake of the other 2 tires that separated and before I could get pulled over, totally blew, throwing me into oncoming traffic. If this had been in HEAVY traffic, or my wife or child driving, there would have been no preventing an accident. I contacted Treadwright on the second tire and they good willed me a tire and I purchased two others from them hoping to have 4 nearly new tires. Now I am stuck with these 3 new tires plus the 4 95% tread tire set that I purchased for my trooper. I don't dare drive on these tires. Please take caution! It cannot be coincidence when 3 out of 4 tires have casing separations after 1 year of occasional use. Ask yourself if your families safety is worth saving a few bucks? are they giving deals if you do a tire review? Im down for that..let me know so i can contact them..im on the fence for 5 of these EXACT tires and size. Thanks bud!
Hey Chris, I have been shopping around for some new tires and I was wondering how have the Guard Dogs been treating you after almost a year. Do you still stand by your recommendation? Any news worth sharing?
Bwahahahaha.. Your whip the axles like a raped ape. Are you 30/35 with original ball joints, no Gussets or sleeves? If so, it's truly overclocked.. Or made of kryptonite.. Lol.. Awesome.
Say man, love the channel and your LCG build. What are the specs on your lift setup? -Z
