This is episode two of our Colorado Adventure. We made it safely to the mountains of Colorado and our off-road leg of the journey begins in Buena Visa. This episode covers our drive from St. Louis to Denver, where we spent the night at my buddy Craig's house. After a quick night of rest, we headed to Buena Vista where we unloaded Drew's motorcycle and left the trailer behind. From there, we picked up the Colorado Backcountry Discovery Route (COBDR). We were also blessed to have Craig and Shane join us for that first section of the trail. It was great to connect with them since it's been a while since I have seen them. This video is just the start of an amazing journey, which has the goal of getting from one end of Colorado to the other while staying off pavement as much as possible. We followed the COBDR as a guide, but did have to adjust here and there. We also had challenges with snow closures... even in late June. So some passes we wanted to take were not open.

This first section was mild from an off-roading perspective, but we did have to do a trail repair on Drew's bike... we also found an amazing place to spend the night!
