This is the installation of new sliders on OVERCLOCK3D! I did have to do a little cutting to accommodate my TeraFlex Suspensions control arm bracket... probably something most of you won't have to deal with.
wow those are thick!
ReplyDeleteAre you selling your old rock sliders?
ReplyDeleteAhh haa there's the video I was looking for

ReplyDeletecan you do a review of your original slider set up
ReplyDeleteat about 12 min in when you are running the three holes between the frount and back door what is all the white? is that just a insulation in there?
ReplyDeletewow I really like the high lift slots supper cool.
ReplyDeleteMaybe run a bead of silicone along the very top edge where the slider meets the body. This should help keep water, dirt, mud, or debris from getting caught in there and sitting on the bead you already ran along the top edge of nuts.
ReplyDeleteReally good video with good detailed instructions - I wanted these last year but instead bought the Rock Hard Patriot sliders which I Love - but may just get these down the road - definitely be pulling this as a reference . Big thumbs up !
ReplyDeleteSeriously dude, what in the frick do you do for a living.
ReplyDeleteYou've dropped more coin on your rig than I could dream about!
Now, if you could only get someone to sponsor you a supercharger install....
Your old set up appeared to be the Ace Rock sliders underneath the Rubi rails. That is what I am running. I'm curious if you were having any issues getting hung up off road or were you changing to offer a bit more protection. Your new set up is definitely a better looking solution.
ReplyDeleteHow much do they weigh?
