This is a 360 degree view of Black Bear Pass outside of Telluride Colorado. This is just from the steps through some of the switchbacks...which is the scenic and challenging part of the trail.
Video never does this stuff justice, and this video is no different but hopefully you can see what the views are like. It was a fun trail, but not as scary as I expected... but those drop-offs are pretty insane in some places.

ReplyDeleteGreat video! The 360 effect really works on a trail like this! I may look into adding it to some of my videos, maybe your viewers can check out my channel and let me know if they would like it added to my videos.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the name of that song? Performer?
ReplyDeleteI make jeep videos🤩
ReplyDeleteWow do people realize you can move the camera? I didn’t - hope they read the comments...part of it was filming the roof..i was like wha s he doing that for, lol...then about halfway down I realized i was in control; so cool!

ReplyDeleteWalter Willis i know, I just wasn’t familiar with the ability to move it around
ReplyDeleteUhmmm ... yeah ... THAT WAS WAY COOL!
ReplyDeleteNot a fan of the gimmick 360 camera.
ReplyDeleteOn the places you had to back up - was it because you are a 4 door or would the 2 doors also have to backup?
I guess you will have to wait for the non-gimmicky footage... :-)
ReplyDeleteHe has other 360 vids. 3 or 4 of them
ReplyDeleteIts cool and all, I prefer in dash views with a voice over. Just my opinion.

ReplyDeleteAwesome perspective. In Ouray this week, ran Black Bear yesterday morning. I didn’t see another rig on the trail anywhere. Even stopped a couple times. Wish I’d had this tech though!
ReplyDeleteDo you think a Crew Cab Short Bed Super Duty could fit down the whole trail?
ReplyDeleteThis is the best trail vid I have ever seen!
