I bought a cheap knockoff and the plastic piece that goes in behind was so brittle that after filling up twice mine cracked and fell apart. Let me know how yours hold up.
ReplyDeleteProb will be the same! lol
ReplyDeleteOne of the first mods I did on my Jeep 2 years ago. Still looks great.
ReplyDeleteDamn still have the old tail lights lol. Kinda cool to see that, idk why i think that, but everyone else gets the newer ones
ReplyDeleteLooks good!
ReplyDeleteDang. I realized after I finished that I actually put the rubber seal on backwards. Darn it. Still fits fine, but I'll flip it back around to match the way it came off.
ReplyDeleteDevildogvet 666 I've been keeping an eye out for tail lights... But just haven't felt compelled to upgrade yet.
ReplyDeleteAny of them standing out to you?
ReplyDeleteDevildogvet 666 not really. That's why I haven't really felt the need yet.
ReplyDeleteI went to the local dealer that is a warehouse supplier for other dealers. I spent more than the cheaper set ups, but I had no problems with the door functionality .
ReplyDeleteThis and the Mopar locking gas cap was one of the first "mods" I made.
ReplyDeleteI bought a cheap one at first lasted 1 Buffalo winter. Been through 2 winters with factory one still looks new.
